This company will charge you more than they originally quote you. Pretty good business model. So add 20% as a safe bet so you're not disappointed. You pay for one repair and are offered a "discounted rate" if you take up their suggestion within the timeframe they decide to offer. Sadly, not only does the price increase after that period, but the product suggested changes when you request that work to get done. Can't wait to use them again. Go elsewhere.

My garage roller door stopped working within the 7-year warranty period.
Upon ringing them, I was told that the 7-year warranty fine print requires servicing the door every single year.
At $150 service charge plus parts, this comes to a minimum of $1050 excluding parts, double the original $510 price paid.
They push you to buy a replacement motor, which is also now 30% more expensive than the original price paid.

I needed some extra rubber on the base of my garage door as it had shrunk and worn down. I contacted Daniel at ARA and he was extremely helpful explaining the reason for this happening and to resolve my problem he cut and left a couple of pieces at reception for me to pick up and use which fixed my issue. His customer service is AAA and I would not hesitate in recommending these guys.

From the first call to he office I knew the Auto Remote Access was going to be great to work with. I spoke with Cat who was friendly, pleasant and understood my requirements. She arranged a service call for the next day.

The technician (forgot to ask him what his name was) provided legendary service. Explained what was wrong, gave us honest options on how to best fix it and went to work straight away like a machine. Our garage door was pretty badly cooked but he managed to fix it alone within 2 hours. Would highly recommend, don't waste your time looking anywhere else.

We love our new garage door! The only complaint I have is that they didn't show that they did this style of door on their website. I only found out by accident when I was lamenting to staff there about the lack of Hamptons style garage doors in this country! The result is so perfect - thanks so much.
