Tried to obtain three quotes for a crimsafe security door for the front of our house. Vincent Security were the only company we could easily obtain a quote from in a reasonable time frame. The person who came to measure and quote could not have been more helpful and friendly. We had left it until shortly before Christmas and he was unable to say if it could be done before Christmas as the whole industry is currently very busy.

I used them to have a Crimsafe security screen installed and I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would just like to say thank you so much to you all there at Vincent Security for everything from start to finish. I love my security screens and my crimsafe door! They done an excellent job and in a timely manner. We had Chris come out and quote us and what I loved about him was how honest he was and he explained things in detail as other companies rushed me, he definitely knew the product he was selling! I couldn't possibly recommend Vincent Security any more highly. We've had Vincent Security install some Crimsafe doors and windows at our house on a couple of occasions and they've been highly professional each time. From the initial consultation Paul was very open and honest and provided us with all the information we asked for. He was also happy to come back and talk with us when we decided we'd rather have a Safe-S-Cape window installed in our bedroom. Have used Vincent Security for Crim Safe screens at our previous house and current house. They are extremely reliable, professional and accommodating to our needs. We had to do our house in stages which was never an issue for them and everyone from office staff, sales and installers we all so lovely to deal with. I couldn't recommend highly them enough.

The professionalism and courtesy shown from my initial call for a quote to the final installation was second to none. Both Lloyd, who did the measure and quote and Matt who did the install were marvellous and Kerry from the office could not have been more helpful and prompt in my dealings with her.
