Paul loved nothing more than spending time with his Dad on site growing up. His father owned a successful building company in Sydney. It was no surprise that Paul started his builder career doing a carpentry apprenticeship straight from school ready to follow in his father's footsteps. He is passionate about building and is gifted at solving problems thanks to his years of experience and ability to look outside the box.

We’re early in a home renovation, and I was hopeful that this place would be a gold mine. We were hoping to buy new trim for the whole house, new doors, look for other bonuses like cabinets. None of the trim was in stock, doors weren’t labeled or organized, and we couldn’t get anyone to help us. Don’t bother visiting

I'd called all over town looking for something with no luck. Called here, talked to Armando. I mentioned that if they had what I needed, it was going to take me 1+ hour to get there. He was willing to go check for me that they had what I needed. They did! The store was hopping when I got there, so I was glad I'd caught him the day before when he wasn't super busy. While I was there several people helped me navigate to exactly where I needed to get my product (it's huge, I saw many thin that will be useful, and I got turned around). I'm a locksmith and in this place I feel like a kid in a candy store, people complain about the customer service here. Being very liberal. I personally like not having a salesman breathing down my neck from the moment I walk inside. They all know my face and know I'm not shy about grabbing the step ladder to look on top of the shelves or love items to access what I'm looking for. I enjoy the conversations I do have with the employees when I see them. Armando in particular, he is always on the go and juggling 3-4 things at once and he always has time to say hello and ask if there's anything in particular

I'm sure there are some good deals, however the some areas are way to packed with stuff to truly see what you are looking at.
No one greeted me or offered any form of help navigating the store, however there was a a group of employees or some employees with some friends i don't know, but they were only concerned with hanging out.
That said ended up buying from a big box store as the offering and pricing was about $75.00 more, but no scratch and dent possibilities.
