Prompt, knowledgeable, likeable and helpful. We were fortunate to get a same day appointment, price match to repair broken springs and a 5 year warranty on top. The technician also noted our motor [recently installed by another company] wasn’t in the ideal place and moved it for us - at no cost, which consequently made our garage door so much quieter opening and closing than it had been previously. Del has done a great job attending to our garage door twice over the past ten years. Most recently he installed the new controller and chain very quickly, at the time arranged, and for a good price. Very impressed!

Our roller door is huge and raised into the ceiling, it broke through an impact with my boat, Del was excellent in helping us negotiate through the insurance and even came in cheaper than our insurance preferred contractor, with a better quality door ! Definitely recommend Sound Garage Doors

My roller door had been sounding VERY sad so I gave Del a call and described the problems. He came out the next day and replaced my motor that was literally crumbling when we had a look... he showed me everything and explained it all and even said if I didn't want to go ahead with the replacement he wouldn't charge for a call out and I could ring him when the door finally failed completely. He is a very honest, and incredibly lovely man who knows his business well!! Saved me a lot of money and problems by coming out so quickly. Highly recommend. Thanks Del! My garage door was jammed shut with a broken spring. I phoned Sound garage doors and within two hours Del, the technician replaced both closing-springs, installed new cables, serviced the entire door, adjusted the belt tension of my garage door opener and gave me an extra remote. All this for less than the original quote. I will definitely recommend Del to anyone. So good to find someone with old-school values who takes pride in his work.

Great customer service, friendly, quick to respond. Del installed a new motor to replace an old worn one. Del was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently and my garage is working like new again. Definitely would recommend.

Sound Garage Doors have been contacted more than 6 times on either phone during the past 6 days. They promised to pay a visit to fix my door opener mechanism installed by them about 12/18 months ago, costing $ 675.00. They still have not turned up. Wonder, did they do the right thing when installing the new replacement unit??
