Critical: Professionalism
Had a bad experience with Somerset Removals, more so the individual who delivered my white-goods.
The man was very belligerent and passive-agressive due to the fact I lived in Queenstown and was having nice new items delivered.

The guys were amazing.
Super friendly very helpful, cant say that about the receptionist very blunt and didnt seem to care.
Will use them again, just hope i dont have to deal with her.
