My first customer experience at Classic Tiles was very positive - the person listened to me and what I wanted, and she was very helpful. It was the complete opposite on my second visit. A different person dealt with me and I was unpleasantly surprised - she was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I cut the visit short, because of this, and, despite seeing tiles I liked on my first visit, I’m doubtful I’ll return.
