We spent some considerable time over many months visiting project display homes in several widespread locations reviewing countless floor plans in our desire to shortlist a builder with a house design that we would like to have built for our retirement home.

It has been a such a pleasure to build again with the team from Sorensen & Caldon. Their quality of work is exceptional and only perfect will do! Despite all the constraints that Covid has thrown our way, all of the team have worked very hard to move the project along. We recently moved into a new house custom-built by Sorensen & Caldon on a sloping hillside site, with several design features that made the build challenging. I am delighted to say that Sorensen & Caldon did an exceptional job throughout, and we are extremely happy with the result. The quality of the build and end result was excellent, both the structural elements and the finish details. We completed building just before Christmas 2019 in Port Macquarie with S&C. This is to be our final home and we had certain requirements and standards that where important to us. The team at S&C completed the build and did a remarkable job with what was a complicated construction.
All the subcontractors where wonderful ambassadors for S&C and always defaulted to the best standard and highest quality workmanship.
Adam and the team went out of their way to ensured that we got what we wanted from both the build and design. We could not be happier with them and would highly recommend S&C for anyone

As a first time builder, it was certainly a big decision going deep into the unknown having heard some absolute horror stories of experiences with other well known companies. Right from the word go at first meeting, there was no pressure and a comfortable personable approach with a 'can do' attitude.

Our friends thought we were brave when we decided to have a new house built. However, our experience with S&C was very positive. They converted our design ideas into a practical solution and proceeded to construct a very high quality home for us.
