Packing Tips Report

Heavy items such as books, wine, tinned food and more should be stored in smaller book cartons. We recommend two thicknesses of tape along the flaps with one placed perpendicularly to form a cross-shape. Wrap all china and glassware pieces separately - then stack in carton on their ends or edges. Fold the top flaps of the carton in the same manner as the bottom flaps and tape securely.

I can't praise the owners enough for their assistance and understanding during my unexpectedly long rental due to the Covid crisis. Being treated like a real person instead of just an account number is something the big guys just don't do, but Surfer Paradise Self Storage were understanding and supportive from when I moved in till the time I moved out. If word of mouth is the best advertising, then I say forget the big guy and go with Surfers Paradise Self Storage. Thanks guys :)

Sandy and Bernie were amazing! They are genuine, good people and were extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when we had to move after being in the same home for 40+ years. They couldn’t do enough for us!
The storage sheds were clean and easy to access. We felt comfortable knowing all our belongings were safe, especially with someone living onsite.

My experience at Surfers Paradise self storage was fantastic.
Nothing was ever a problem if I need help or a question answered.

I would love to thank the people at Surfers Paradise Storage for make my move a lot less stressful. They have it all they had storage sheds to meet our needs and I was happy to find out they can supply boxes, bubble wrap and tape with dispenses. I found Surfers Paradise Storage to be helpful and they made it very simple to store there. All units are on the ground floor so I could drive up to the door to load and unload. They also gave me a trailer for free to move my stuff in. Great Customer service.
