Would not recommend. Spent good money on a system that stopped working completely . I made repeated calls and left messages which resulted in false promises of a technician attending to resolve the issue. Obviously not willing to stand behind their product and support customers once they get their hands on your money. Very disappointed.

Pretty disappointed with this “service”
I called and no one answered after advertising 24 hours or same day service. Got a call back later, was told someone could attend 4 days later to do a quote. Gave him my address, and booked in 10am, on the day no one showed up.. I messaged and asked if someone was attending and was told someone would 2.5 hours later than scheduled, come 12:45 after getting lost multiple times and more delays they finally turned up, had a nose around and was told they would email me a quote for a security system that night.. that was a month ago, never heard from them

Ozzie and his team could not have been more helpful and professional. Every stage of the installation was explained carefully and thoroughly. More importantly in my eyes was the way Ozzie treated his team with respect, explaining and teaching his apprentices with patience and consideration. He product is amazing!! So good in fact that I can see the tiniest blade of grass moving thru the app on my phone!! I would certainly recommend CCTV installations!!!

I highly recommend these guys. Ozzie was amazing from the beginning, he listens and understands what you need and nothing was too much trouble. Ozzie and Dennis were true professionals. The cameras are so clear even at night so much better than what I originally had. So do yourself a favour and give them a call. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The end to end process was seamless from online request to written quote to installation. The CCTV camera quality is excellent and the alarm an extra bonus to give us peace of mind when not home. The installation team were professional and even returned to demonstrate the technology to other family members.
