Turned up 5hrs late. Demanded extra money than what was quoted, then reverted back to original quote and said wouldn't commence work without payment up front. Said he would do walls and windows and quoted then decided he didn't want to clean windows or walls. Didn't want to guarantee i would get my bond back even though they state this on their site. Wasted my time and left me in the learch now as I vacate Friday and everyone is now booked out this week. We run our own businesses and guaranteed more work but couldn't care less. Hired this company to do an end of lease clean, including carpets. Not only were they late but they didn't clean the carpets at all, they were barely even vacuumed let alone steam cleaned. Realestate has had to hire another cleaner to go over the carpets again at the cost of the landlord. When I confronted the business about this "Ricky" repeatedly hung up on me while I was trying to discuss the issue, told me to watch my language(I did not use any profanity the entire phone call nor did I even raise my voice), offered to go the house to clean carpets again(which was useless at that stage as another
