Was extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. I phoned to inquire if they carried a fan motor for my AC unit. The person on the phone said they had a comparable motor that would work and they would have to modify it for me. He told me to bring my old motor with the fan. When I arrived, another person found the motor for me and he asked me if I had a hack saw and that I would have to cut the shaft. When I explained that ‘the person I spoke to said they would do this for me” another man (perhaps manager), very angrily and very rudely said that the unit could not be returned

Had a motor that decided to take a break and stop working.
I made my way to Bert Thomas and brought in what I figured was a bad start capacitor..
I can't remember the guys name but was very helpful and tested the Capacitor.
He comes back and 10 bucks later, a new start capacitor and my motor is back to work.
I appreciate the fact that they are not scam artists and made a few honest suggestions.
I would reccomend these guys for being honest and friendly.
