Milray Park is a fantastic platform! I enlisted them for help with interior design and furnishings for an entire downstairs. They were professional, responsive, and provided lots of great advice and options. The ideas and product boards are easy to access, understand, and comment on and provide a great sense of what the room will look like once the furniture is in. You get several iterations included in the per room price as well, so there’s a fair bit of flexibility to try out and change options. Through their shopping service, I also ended saving much more than I spent on the design service

I used Milray Park for my living room - fantastic service! From start to finish the process was a breeze. The service was wonderful and best of all there was no need to waste my time hunting through shops and online. My designer got exactly what I envisioned. A fantastic service (and awesome concept!). It was simple to use (it took around 10 minutes all up to create the brief) and the choice of designers was impressive. Very bad service. I used them last year for my new house and the designer gave me a layout which I wanted to change a little. The designer would not let me change anything to what she suggested . I kept going back and forth and finally just gave up and stopped emailing her. Then one day I got a email saying design is final. No after service which… they mention they help you buy the stufff. The stuff which I was not approving was finalised in my design and I never heard back from them. They just took money off my account . That was it .. no more from them

Wow! What a fabulous service. When it comes to decorating, I am completely clueless...but my designer, Lucia, stepped in and rescued me. I was initially so confused that I wasn't even able to send her pictures of lounges/dining rooms that inspired me - but Lucia understood all my needs from the word go and created a design concept that finally provided me with a vision for my room. I used Milray Park for my kitchen, dining, entrance, living room, and my little boy's bedroom. The results were even better than I had envisaged! My house is looking incredible, and I'm so pleased we took the leap and used them. The service, communication and the fact they can order all the products and have them delivered (oh, and did I mention the excellent discounts you get by buying via their concierge service?). If you are considering Milray Park's design services, do it! It will save you so much time trying to figure out if the rug from this store, matches the sofa you saw a week ago and if it all fits into your room… with your existing coffee table! They make it so easy, give you clear design boards so you can see how it all fits together and also gives your room a polished new look. They have absolutely nailed the brief I sent and I can not wait to put it all together. Such an amazing service and great value.
