I got a quote from Aston Air to replace our ducted and split system recently. Whilst it took a little while to get the quote (they were busy and had their work impacted by COVID), when David turned up to quote I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and advice. David answered all my questions and gave me honest, fair opinions without denigrating products, brands or comments about the previous install work at our house which I knew wasn’t great when we bought. David even asked us for feedback when he sent through the quote and when I advised it was a little higher than the company

Aston Air Conditioning have been looking after all of my air conditioning installation and maintenance needs for approximately the past 7-8 years. I have always found the quality of their workmanship and services to be of a high standard. Technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. 2nd time I've used Aston Air Conditioning...... they quoted a single condenser and twin head air con for a couple of bedrooms. The foreman came out to check the requirements as it was a technical fitout. They completed the job within our timeline and honored the Original quote. Our property was left clean and the exterior fitment looks very professional. Thankyou to the employees involved to make this happen. We will definitely recommend you to any family. or friends.

Really poor service, advised we needed a new air con unit which we ordered, office wouldn't return our calls when we asked when the unit would be installed. Finally got the unit installed after numerous phone calls to the office. Office then wrote the wrong email address down to send the invoice. Aston air took us to a debt collector when we hadn't even received the invoice. Then after paying the invoices they kept sending debt collection letters. Do not use.
