Services
This project comprised of a major renovation to an existing Woolworths Supermarket at Loxton. It included a 1500 square metres extension to the front, and a further complete renovation of the existing 2500 square metres supermarket. We also undertook extensive site works which included the construction of 2 new car parks.
These works which were completed in 4 stages included the new addition of 25 rooms, a dining area, 3 lounge areas, a court yard and a major addition to the existing building which included another 20 rooms. Landscaping and extensive car parking to the grounds was also part of the scope of works. GC&J Constructions worked closed with the client ESTIA Health to ensure a smooth transition for the residents.
This project's aim when producing the restaurant space was to highlight the true asset of the property, which is the 180 degree view of the world famous Barossa Valley that the "saw tooth" designer windows frame perfectly. The arched ceiling offers a soft transition between wall and roof to assist in allowing the feeling of sharing a meal in the vines themselves whilst still offering the protection an indoor eating experience gives.
This project was a refurbishment to the existing dining room and bar. The owners of the hotel wanted a new modern style look, which included updating the dining and bar area to attract new patrons, whilst also keeping their regular customers. New flooring, joinery, painting, wall paper, lighting and furniture were all part of this project.
GC&J Constructions have a fully accredited QA-WHSE Management System. We undergo regular audits both internally and through external third party's to ensure compliance with the industry standards. We are committed to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of our management system that meets the requirements of Australian and International Standards.
