I had the worst consumer experience I have ever had with BBT import. I purchased a table from them through their website. The delivery was arranged with me for a Friday 9-5pm....they will not give you a narrower time frame. I called the delivery company in the morning to let them know I had a meeting for one hour that day. However, I ended up missing the first delivery during that hour. The delivery company left me a card to call them and that they would do a second delivery attempt before the item is left at the depot for pick-up.
