We hired this firm to replace a retaining wall. It is a one man operation so don’t be fooled by the references to “Simeon & the team”. Simeon Bell only worked 3-4 hours per day so the job took way longer than agreed. There were no harsh words or any issues between us whilst he was here, but he walked off the job before it was completed. He just disappeared one day & did not respond to text messages, calls or emails. We had to pay someone else to finish the job & this cost more than was left on the contract with Exigo. Reported him to QBCC & he received 14 demerit points on his licence. His

Well done – excellent work. Simeon and his team have done a great job in my property. It was much ground levelling and earthwork as my backyard is quite sloppy. They’ve done new pathways, beautiful garden bed framed with nice retaining walls and steps, planted large plants and covered a large area with tonnes of pebbles(!). All this hard and heavy work done just within one week and during hot summer days. Simeon provided me with a quote promptly and was flexible with cost variation according to changes of work range. Simeon and his team were so professional and friendly. We are so happy with the 18m long raised garden bed they built for us. The turnaround was impressive - from quote to completed job in a week. Simeon really took the time to understand what we needed and is so knowledgeable. The trees he planted are thriving. Omg where do i start. What a nightmare. A three week job has gone past the eight week mark. Simeon Bell will lie to you, tell you what you want to hear, not turn up for days, not return calls, cut corners and all with no communication or regard to the client. Now we are left with an unfunished job. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON OR EXIGO OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTIONS.

Simeon and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with, always giving sound advice and explaining why some of my ideas were good - and bad - and then getting on with the job in hand. Our landscaping entailed demolishing existing garden, outdoor tiles, steps, pool surrounds, hedges and all that stood in the way of nice new smooth modern clean lines. They were here for much longer than expected but the finished result is up to all expectations and I would not have any hesitation in either recommending or employing their services again.
