Northcroft, Neighbours & Nicholson was founded by Henry Northcroft in 1840. We were the quantity surveyors for the construction of the Royal Navy's dockyards around the world during the late 1890s and 1900s. Today, Northcroft is an international, independent consultancy firm with over 180 years of experience in the construction industry.

Northcroft have been serving clients in Australia since 1964, when our first director, Newton Davis, established an office in Sydney in association with Northcroft UK. The name Northcroft has been synonymous with Quantity Surveying for over 180 years. Effective project management means delivering sustainable, value-added solutions while mitigating and minimising risks in today's challenging commercial environment. Northcroft's Project Management team provides strategic advice at the crucial early stages of the project. We introduce Risk Management and Change Management strategies to control project development and benchmark key targets to measure and enhance performance.
