SOME FURNITURE IS JUST RUBBISH, THEY DONT STAND BY THERE PRODUCT IF THERES A PROBLEM, JUST PASS IT ON TO OVERSEAS MANUFACTURERS AND TELL YOU A SAD STORY. I DIDNT BUY THE FURNITURE FROM THE MANUFACTURERS I BOUGHT IT FROM SASSI !. MY ADVICE IS DONT LEAVE A REVIEW UNTIL YOU HAVE OWNED THERE STUFF FOR A WHILE. OF COURSE YOUR GOING TO BE HAPPY IF YOU JUST BOUGHT IT. THE BIGGEST SHAME IS THAT THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU FEEL MORE THAN WELCOME BUT THAT DOESNT REPLACE THE RUBBISH FURNITURE I NOW HAVE IN MY HOUSE

Friendly staff, good quality furniture for a good price. If they have not got what you want in stock, ask to look through their catalogues. They will get what you want in from them as they do for us.

What a great local store! Excellent customer service.....always friendly and helpful....free furniture delivery is an added bonus! Harvey Norman could certainly learn a thing or two from this local business.

I will never buy another piece of furniture from this mob ever again
I brought a lounge sweet from them from early on its life of 5 years the cables started to fall off the reclining chairs.
The next was the material on the chair started to fall apart and I got intouch with Sassi and all they had to say it was the hair products I was using on my hair ( I'm a male and I don't use any hair products)
because the material started to fall off around the head cushion.
The material ended up falling of everywhere, the next was the material under the lounge sweet started falling of and was just rotting

Nice quality furniture and accessories. We were greeted by a friendly team of people here and was impressed by their service and the quality. It can be quite expensive but very nice items they have available. They have clothing and array of clothing accessories also. All the items are on trend and the whole store is well designed.

Beautiful range of colourful floor stock and displays at affordable prices. Perhaps allow all team members to revisit the training on effective customer value and service to sharpen up on creating a welcoming and respectful store environment.
