I rang and asked if Melbourne Roofcare and Gutters serviced the area I lived in. Lincoln said yes. I made an appointment for someone to come out and quote. We agreed on a date and a time of 1pm. I texted Lincoln before the appointment time to let him know he could come down the driveway. At 1.20pm I rang Lincoln and the call went to voicemail. I asked him to call me back and I was checking to see if they were on their way. No call back. I rang again later and once again the call went to voicemail. Lincoln at least have the gumption to answer the call like an adult or ring back like an adult and

I had a similar issue as the one by Sam Gribbleson. Shotty workmanship, many attempts to contact them, delayed responses for a while and then no response. But worst of all my roof has continued to leak.
What I also found very interesting is the review on here by “Billy O’Neill”. If you Google this guy you will see that he has posted a strikingly similar review before for a different company expressing the almost identical review he submitted for Melbourne Roof Care. The interesting part is that Billy O’Neill runs a roofing company!

When the work was completed on time and within budget I thought we had a great outcome. I was even given a 10 year guarantee.
Then the problems started.
The roof continued to leak almost immediately.
To their credit they did come out to try and repair the leak (many times).
This went on for more than two years and many, many attempts to fix the leak permanently.
But as time went on they became harder to reach and even harder to get to come

My roof was recently restored by Melbourne Roof Care and Gutters. I found them professional, reliable and responsive to my needs from quotation through to delivery of the final product - which was a near new roof.
