My partner and I recently completed a rural build through Beare Homes and we could not have asked for a better builderof. Jaydyn and the team helped us with the process of setting up our rural home, to ne… energy, water and heat effecient, installing watertanks blue line, and septic. My partner and I recently completed a build through Beare Homes and we honestly could not have thought of a better outcome. Jaydyn allowed us to alter an exisiting floor plan to include a walk in pantry and maximised every room in the house to suit the 360sqm block size. We were blown away with how quickly the foundations went up and, when issues arose, how quickly they were resolved. The build took just under 4 months to complete and when comparing it to houses around us, there was a notable difference on how fast moving it was. All fittings are high quality and we have not had any issues thus

We couldn’t be happier with our home that Beare Homes built for us. We started our journey in May this year trying to find a builder that would listen to what we wanted and fit it into our budget. We were pretty deflated by the time we went to Beare Homes but luckily we met Jaydyn who made us feel that what we wanted we could achieve.
