The fibres and technology used in the carpet manufacturing process has evolved extensively over the years. We have enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The attendant in the showroom was informative without being pushy and the range of samples available was extensive. The person who came to measure up was professional and discussed all aspects of the procedure with us. The carpet layers were very professional and had the task done quickly and well.

Purchased vinyl slats 16months ago. I have asked and had several staff from Pullins check laying. Originally quoted that I would not need new underflooring as chipboard already in place, Layer arrives and states that we need Masonite on floor an extra $5000 due to labour & time. Laying completed in same amount of time. Noticed like "waves or bilges" in floor contacted Pullins at first tried to say could not see or feel unevenness, second person sent for review asked to put dots where inconsistencies were did same. Come and fixed 2 parts tried to say was caused by dampness under house. 3rd person

We visited Pullins at Rutherford and were had really positive experience initially, they were friendly, helpful, did a measure and quote the same day.
The following day they called with a verbal price quote and I said yes proceed. We were told the following week Thursday or Friday the floors would be installed and they were provided with real estate contact details to organise collection of keys and to liaise with them.(as this was for an investment property) We were informed we’d receive the quote via email, this was not received.
Almost a week after the stipulated install date, the floors
