Cowley security installed my cameras at home and also my alarm & monitoring. Alarm system was being triggered (siren and flashing light) every 15 minutes. Rang company and was given the number of a serviceman. Rang number and left message. Rang company back 1 hour later as no return call. Was told serviceman was on holidays (this occurred between Xmas and NYE). Was given another number for another serviceman. He advised over the phone to unplug alarm, and came out next day for a service call. He advised alarm was tripping due to a flat battery in the main panel box. He replaced battery, tested the system, then replaced a sensor. He tested the system again and declared it
