My family have just had such a caring and professional service from Hire a Butler, from Luiz, my initial and ongoing point of contact, the cleaners, Kleeven and Debra, the removalists, Marcel and John, and Luke, the drape cleaner. The cleaners came back to finish off tasks which the weather had interrupted, and the removalists were friendly, efficient and very careful. I would thoroughly recommend Hire A Butler, whom made moving as pleasant an experience as possible, with nothing too much for Luiz and his team!

Booked in with these guys at the recommendation of the real estate for our end of lease clean. Super easy to book in and they were very happy to break down a quote including and excluding additional services. They were a little pricy, but I swear our bond was returned (in full!) faster than ever before - I swear I got financial whiplash! I actually got an email from the real estate specifically thanking us for leaving the apartment so clean and perfect, and that was thanks to the brilliant Hire A Butler team. Thanks for going out of your way to make this an easy and successful move-out!

Con-artist come cleaner, Rob, did a fantastic job of executing his intimidation and fear based sales approach when "reviewing an apartment for clean".
If you would also like to be shouted over, scoffed at and have your freshly washed and pressed sheets thrown around the room in a dramatical display to justify excessive prices (around 150$ per bed sheet "professional iron" and 880$ for a total one bedroom apartment clean) then I would highly recommend that you reach out.
All of this behaviour a little over the top considering it had recently been cleaned and required only a touch up for move out

Used them in Elwood. Paid a premium to use them as they were recommended by the property agency. The property agent then came back with a fail with multiple things they failed to clean. But because we didnt pay the extra $100 or whatever for the 'pass or we redo' guarantee as we didnt want the oven cleaning they just sent us a list of what they would charge to come back. I would never use them again.
