I cannot recommend Jon and his team highly enough. I lost the keys (both spare and original) to my car. Jon answered my call on a public holiday, gave me a great quote and could come out the next morning.
Jon was super easy going, understanding and explained everything I needed to know.
When he and his colleague arrived the next day they got the job done super quickly, we’re so friendly, and even taught me a few things I didn’t even know about my car!
Amazing work, and even better customer service. I was so stressed, but the guys made me feel at ease.
I will be using you guys again. Hopefully

I had issues with my VW golf, the key got stuck in the ignition. I spoke to a VW dealer and they told me it would be at least a week before they could look at my car and then a further week to get the part. I then contacted Northside Car Keys and they responded within 30 minutes and had it fixed the same day! Life saver ☺️. Thank you so much.

Turned up on time and had great communication. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. I thought the new key they gave me wasn't working so they came out again to have a look and it turns out it was my car battery that had died not the key- they were very kind not to make me feel silly!
