They have just installed my new Bosch oven. They were very competitive on price, two very professional installers, turned up on time and kept in touch before arriving. Hard wired it in for greater safety (15amp). Gave me good advice on whether I could replace the hob at a later date given the regulations on overhead space. Also showed me how to "burn in" the new oven and explained its settings. Job only took one hour. I recommend them very highly.

When I called and booked in the repair job I gave the make and model of my oven and the complete details of what part wasn't working and needed replacing.
When their serviceman looked at my oven he said the part I mentioned did need replacing but wasn't available any more.
They knew they couldn't fix my oven but still came out and insisted on charging me the call out fee but did offer to take it off the cost of a new oven!!!!

I had my Smeg digital clock replaced last year 07/07/20. It cost me $737. It died again 2 days short of the 1 year warranty. I misplaced the invoice and found it a on 15/08/21 later of the actual installation date. The clock took a month to order which I must paid in full $699.
The company said they can’t help. Obviously they source their clocks and parts from a bad supplier.
I even offer to pay for another one 1/2 of the cost of a new clock but the company refused to compromise. Please Don’t buy Smeg and I would not recommend this company as the parts they get from only last exactly for

We called the Oven Repair Man to investigate replacing our tired old cooker. The lady in the office explained a Service they have where they come out and measure and check what will fit in and meet all the requirements. We made a booking to have this done and then We received an email with a few different options, but as our oven was overly large they would need to get a custom trim made.
Steve and Glen returned a few weeks later did slight adjustments to the cabinet and installed our brand new oven today. They took the time to show me how to use the oven and all the settings... even took the

We had a great experience with the Oven Repair Man. Stephan arrived right on time, was professional, quick and had everything he needed in his van so was able to fix our oven on the spot within the call out period. We were really impressed with the service provided, and would definitely recommend using the Oven Repair Man again.

Professional and excellent service – they know their stuff! We had a problem with our oven door not closing properly which was allowing all the heat to escape. We decided to call the Oven Repair Man on the advice of a friend and were not disappointed. Their technician arrived on time, was very friendly and quickly identified the hinges needed replacing. With a quick and low cost replacement, the door is back to working order and we’re grateful to be cooking again. Would recommend to others.

Never trust their oral quote, always get a written quote otherwise they can easily charge you more than you need later. The fast-talking repairman was very aggressive once he stepped in and offered an unreasonable quote, which was different from what quoted in the phone and threatened to charge us the call-out fee of $165 if we didn't accept the quote he said.
The heating element in the oven was broken and they charged us $189 for the part, which can be easily purchased in Bunnings for $50. He also tried to trick us into the thinking that lens cover and light made up the difference! If you want

Repairman was very professional. Unfortunately my oven was beyond repair. I was shocked to be charged $165 “service fee” for a 5 minute visit. I was NEVER advised of this fee, and never would have made the booking if I had been advised. SHOP AROUND. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS.
