Abysmal. No reply to the confirmation text, and rejected my calls. Did not show up at the agreed upon time, called me and rescheduled for later that day because they double booked, asked me to leave the keys in my mailbox, which I reluctantly did.
I went after work to retrieve the keys and noticed a lazy, incomplete job. Didn't do walls, skirting boards, inside some cupboards, poor vacuum, no sweep of balcony despite explicit indication that they would. I spent two hours supplementing the clean. I decided on Bond Back Adelaide for my end of lease clean as the website was professional and the quote came through quickly. They said they could do the day I required and the price was good. So I emailed back to book in. I didn't receive an email back so called them: they confirmed on the phone that I was booked in for the day I required and they'd let me know what time they'd arrive once they'd checked their diary. Later that night I get a txt message saying they can't do it as they're booked out, could I do it 2 days after (I couldn't as this after my lease ended) if not to find someone else

Unfortunately my experience with Bond Back Adelaide was extremely poor.
We booked our service for 8AM. The cleaners did not arrive until closer to 2PM. They were coy with responses to questions about what was happening or what time will you be there, only to reply they had a 'problem' on another job. Considering we booked our service for 8AM, I'm surprised they had another job beforehand.
They cleaned our house but due to the lateness of their service we had to leave and were unable to give a thorough final inspection.
Our real estate agent inspected the property the following Monday and found
