A lot of products on the market are too harsh for most fibres and can cause irreversible damage. It is safe to use on wool and delicate fibres. When cleaning wool it must always be cleaned with a PH neutral detergent, using a product high in PH can cause a chemical burn, which is irreversible. The stain will be removed but the chemical burn will remain forever.
How do you care for and clean your cowhide rug? There are very few professional rug cleaners with the knowledge and experience on how to correctly clean a cowhide rug. We know how. The initial process that inexperienced rug cleaning companies will do is to treat the cowhide rug just like any other rug.
Having your rugs cleaned is not a process for inexperienced operators as rugs are easily damaged or suffer from irreparable colourisation failure. Well-meaning budget carpet cleaners and the keen DIY folk can easily cause more damage than you can imagine (and often do) - don't gamble with your valuable rugs trust us to keep them looking and feeling their best for years to come.
Rugs do not have to be treated badly to require a repair. Over time a rug will get some harsh treatment with being constantly walked on together with the odd spillage here and there. But possible more importantly, your rug is not 'fixed' to the floor like a carpet would be which means it is subject to frequent movement.

We have found Premier Rug Cleaning and Repair Services in Brisbane to be an excellent and very professional service. Our rugs were cleaned beautifully and some repaired to an excellent standard. The service for collection and return here in Toowoomba was most helpful and made the use of this company in Brisbane possible for us. Five stars !

Great business, great work. Office was able to collect my rug the morning I enquired as their van was near my address.
Really really appreciate the free pickup and dropoff, especially since I'm stuck at work all day! Would definitely recommend and will definitely return in the future :)

The team at Premier Rug are professionals and take pride in their workmanship and customer service. Had my loungeroom shaggy rug that needed some TLC and happy to say it is softer and cleaner than ever. The pick up drop off service is so well communicated and everyone you speak to whether it be for an enquiry or question, just seems lovely and well versed in the service process. Highly Reccommend.

What a great company! When I first called the office requesting a rug clean, I was told the van had actually just passed my suburb which meant I would have missed the pick up. The lovely lady made a call to the driver to come back to my house to collect my rug. Additionally she promised me my rug would be returned a day earlier than the scheduled return date as I was on a deadline due to an upcoming Open Home. It was returned as promised, spotless and with a thoughful little gift. Good old fashioned customer service is priceless, thanks for doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend Premier Rug
