I was given an arrival time and it was kept. Looked at the door (double glazed 2.7 mts. high) gave me a quote and it was fixed with new rollers and track all warrantied within an hour. Terrific job, by friendly professional team. Absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a job done properly first time. I am no longer struggling to open and close this monster.

Just had my bifold doors fixed after months of avoiding going out the back because they were sticking and not running and not locking. Now I know where to go next time I have a problem door. The bifolds are behaving like new again. James and Jack arrived on time (early in fact, having called ahead to check that that would be OK), listened to all the things that were wrong with the doors, explained what was going on and what they could do about it, conjured up a replacement part from their van (the doors are 20 years old) and were gone within an hour, having, as above, got the doors working beautifully

Highly recommended! Brett was super helpful on the phone and organised for a person in my area to contact me the same day. Simon came out to fix the doors and took the time to explain to me what had happened and how he could fix it. I had two doors repaired and it only took an hour. They both slide perfectly now! If I could give zero, I would. In the time of a pandemic, your firm has the audacity to send someone to my house who claims to be exempt from mask wearing, without even a heads up where I could have left the house and not had any contact with this person. Absolutely disgraceful performance.
And in response, I did not open the door to your tradesman nor did I enter the house while he was inside. I was outside in my own yard at all times so, no need for me to be wearing a mask.

Great service from the first phone call to getting the doors installed. I had very old (over 25 years) mirrored wardrobe doors that needed to be replaced. I'm so happy with my new ones. They turned out far better than I could even imagine.
I must give credit to the installers too. I live in a unit on the first floor so they had to carry the doors up a flight of stairs and access is tight inside, but they did it and did it perfectly

These guys are professionals when it comes to their workmanship, from the initial phone call to the measuring , quoting and installation.
I have a very happy 11 year old and it’s created an open space and brought light to the room .
They boys even repaired my security door for free 👌🏻all I can say is that we are happy customers and we I highly recommend them
