Services
With our termite monitoring and baiting system there is No high priced, fixed contract, nor are you locked into a service agreement. If you decide on having a baiting system, you pay for the supply and installation of the baits. The Termite Baiting System is a Monitoring and Baiting System designed to concentrate termite feeding in specific locations.
Ventilation, particularly to the subfloor region is important in minimizing the opportunity for termites to establish themselves within a property. Termites are attracted to dark, damp areas so it is wise to ensure your subfloor is well ventilated. Wall vents may do the job however, extractor fans to exhaust air from subfloor areas are also available.
