Advanced Lock & Key initially commenced trading in 1999 with myself (Aaron) & my wife Amanda operating from one mobile van and a home office. Through our demonstrated professionalism and dedication to provide excellence in service, we have grown to become one of Perth's premium Emergency Locksmith companies.
We supply & install all top quality brands & types of locks, keys, safes, door furniture & other general locksmith hardware, to suit your needs. We are able to provide quotes and advise on a product to suit your requirements. Had a great experience with advanced lock and key after breaking our front door lock during the busy Christmas period. They came quickly, were polite and friendly, even came back when they had a moment between jobs to fix my window locks. I had previously tried 2 other locksmiths and was quoted higher with a longer wait time. Will definitely use them again. Very happy

I contacted them to replace a deadbolt on a door that wasnt working properly .
they asked me to attach a photo of the deadbolt. they then phoned me to advise that in their opinion it was a problem with with the strike plant.i then filed part of the strike plate and now the door locks fine.thank you for helping me at no charge.honest company

Poor customer service. Went to the shop yesterday to get a quote for a product and to make sure product was in stock, which it was. Called back later in the day to book in for the next morning, I was advised no need to book in just rock up as they checked again and product is still in stock so no issues. Went in this morning and guess what... sold… out. Prior to this the customer service was ok but it is not hard keep something aside when I was clearly coming in. No empathy shown, no sorry and no solution just "we can order some in not sure how long it takes", when I have changed plans and
