We develop designs for homes that have a timeless appeal - they are tasteful, warm and inviting. The design is informed by the client brief, site context, and environmental factors. Passive Energy Design; with consideration of solar orientation, good ventilation, thermal mass, and insulation is a given for any project.
We provide an initial consultation to discuss your project. From this meeting we prepare an initial Design Brief and establish a fee for the Concept Design Services for your project. Services can be tailored to best suit the Client, Project and Site needs. The Pre-Design research phase is where we collect the information we need to begin design work.
