Phil's Pool & Spa Centre was established in 1987 by Phil & Kym Buchanan and is a family owned Australian company. The Buchanan's first opened the business in Port Hacking Rd Miranda and as the business rapidly grew they moved to their much larger current premises at 545 Princes Highway Kirrawee, where they could better showcase their large range of Spa Pools, Swim Spas & swimming pool and spa chemicals and accessories.

Sapphire Spas warrants against water loss due to defects in the spa shell structure for ten years from the original date of purchase. Sapphire Spas warrants factory installed plumbing against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years from the original date of purchase.

Called them yesterday for help replacing my salt-chlorinator as Swimart Miranda were their usual unhelpful selves telling me there was a two week wait for a call out. They turned up today, replaced the salt-chlorinator quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. Will not be going back to Swimart.

The job Phil did was prompt and first rate. Phil's old school... he arrived when he said he would, worked in all weather, charged only what he quoted, which was very reasonable, and ensured that I was satisfied. An enjoyable experience with no hitches. I couldn't recommend Phil and his team more enthusiastically.

Poor customer service. Too expensive. Look for alternatives. Ring around you will find better in the Shire. Ring Sparkle Pools Engadine. I did and my issue was sorted by the friendliest service man. I highly recommend them. Good old fashion service as it should be.
As for Phils pool and Spa's, I was happy to pay their bill for a service they did not complete as I will always honour my end of the deal. They however forgot the most important rule in business. "Try to make your customer happy for future business and future referrals. I will no longer purchase from them and have plenty of friends
