My Grandma had works done, she forked out a hefty amount. We were quoted a fair bit considering materials should have cost much less. She is happy enough but cosmetically my partner (who is a builder) and I can see the job was rushed and there is areas that don't align. Customer service was rubbish they took the money but didn't follow it up for months.

Some good work, some poor work. I wanted 2 custom gates, 1 wooden, 1 metal. and Matt inspected and quoted. Expensive but Matt seemed to have a good approach. Posts went in OK and custom gates themselves were well made. However installation was shoddy and the wooden gate was not even flush with the fence by 10cm or 15cm - looked terrible. When I rang Matt he said the gate couldn't be flush and I'd have to live with it. I got someone else to fix it with 2 hours work but Matt wouldn't reduce invoice. On top of that the installation nailing/screwing was very rough. The metal gate looked good except

I bought a house with a gate that these guys had made a few years ago. It had a problem ( not their fault ) which I rang to see if they could repair for me. When I rang, the lady said I had to transfer $270 before she could make any booking which would get me a total repair time of 45 minutes and if it took longer, I would be charged more. On receipt of the money she let me know someone would come in the next 2-3 weeks. Someone actually turned up on the doorstep after just a few days with no call or notice (lucky for lockdown) and repaired the gate in 20 minutes. I still can't decide if that's

I was informed by a building inspector that my newly purchased house had a fence that needed to be replaced. I have not seen the fence as the house is currently tenanted. Dolphin fencing came to quote the job and told me that the fence still has many years to go before replacement was necessary. Honesty of this kind is hard to find! I'll use them for all fencing jobs in the future as they saved me thousands of dollars.

Dolphin Fencing provided us with both our temporary fencing during the pool construction and then installed the final frame-less glass fencing around the finished pool. The job we had done was quite a big one with over 25 metres of glass on multiple levels. The installation occurred right on schedule and both the service and quality were amazing. I couldn't recommend Matt and his team more highly.

After struggling to get a couple of fencing contractors to even respond to a request to install a new traditional picket fence in powder coated steel I came across Dolphin Fencing on Google. Matt and the team were extremely helpful and dedicated to service from initial measurements and design, consultive advice through to the installation. An external supplier did suffer a materials delay but I was kept informed along the way and as soon as those material hit the deck, the team was on site in less than a week. Had an absolute nightmare with Dolphin fencing. None of what we discussed up front was communicated to the delivery team. Half way through one of the fences we realised the quality was so bad that we told them to take their material back and not do the rest of the work. My wife is so upset with the fence they built that she wants to rip it down and get another company to put up a proper fence. The quality of work wouldn’t pass an 8 grade assignment. Thanks to Matt and Rob for your professional advice during the initial phone call. You were very helpful and understanding of the dilemma I was in regarding part of my existing pool fence. Installers, Shaun and Dillon were very respectful and tidy tradesman. Unfortunately, we had some miscalculations which affected the installation. However after calling Matt, he immediately organised to rectify the mistakes. This is a true sign of a good businessman! The final result is excellent! Thank you Matt and your team!

In general the workmanship is good (ie fence is sturdy) however the pool gate was put in the wrong place which was very frustrating given I triple checked that Doug understood where I wanted it put. Being in the wrong spot means I have to change the whole design of the deck within the fence, and also the layout of the garden and walkway leading up to the gate from the outside. Additionally I was told that the fence complied with standards however when inspected it did not, so it was expensive for me to fix. Very frustrating, would not recommend.
