Our deck was in dire need of replacement, so I began talking to people and ringing around for some design ideas and quotes. Jemade was recommended by our sparky, so I called Kevin Ryan for a quote. Of the 5 or so quotes we received, Kevin’s was by far the most efficient, detailed and reasonable, so we chose Kevin to build our new deck with flyover roof.
From the get-go, Kevin and his team provided a seamless build for us. He organised approvals, contracts and engineering, and provided us with a detailed timetable of what was happening when and steps we needed to take.

From start to finish, Kevin Ryan and his whole team from Jemade have gone above and beyond to ensure this large renovation ran smoothly and on time. Communication is to the highest level and the fixed price contract maintained apart from some extra pieces we added and approved. His design talents are fantastic and he worked closely with our stylist to achieve an absolutely amazing result. Kevin and the team have just finished an extension at our home and we couldn't be happier with it.
Kev listened to what we wanted and was able to vision and design our new space. During construction all involved were very professional, our house was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day and the project was completed a few weeks early. Kev was always contactable and happy to give advise.
