Cant believe they run a business of cleaning. Leaving moldy food, not cleaning anything as cleaning means it is actually clean. If a cleaner does an 1hrs cleaning that would mean at least 1 part of the house would be clean. If more time was required you would be able to see the difference of what was cleaned as it would be cleaned. Claim to have professional people , i highly doubt that just another company out for money without good service. Wheres your auditing or quality control systems. Absolute disgrace and bloody ripoff. No resolution from admin only we can do more cleaning, well sir you

My family needed a good clean of our couch and carpets for our rental and we were concerned that our stains on our carpet wouldn't come out. The admin staff assured us at the time of booking that they would be able to remove the stains and sure enough, the carpets looked incredible! I was so happy with the results and punctuality of the cleaner who came. Both the carpets and couch surprised me with the results. Would highly recommend them!

Not pleased with the communication provided by this company. I specifically requested (for my job role) to be provided with adequate photos before & after, however only little photos were provided and they weren't clear. They are absolutely useless photos, blurry & quite frankly I needed them for a potential Tribunal hearing. Over 11 hours done on a property and a further 7 needed? I still can't understand why a house would take 18 hours to clean.
I was pleased with sanding & vanishing by the carpenter that was on site.
