We are first home owners and did not expect for the building process to be smooth as it was. Everyone at Bellriver Homes we interacted with during the built especially the building supervisor were supportive and constantly updates us of any progress or issues needed to be addressed. The layout of the design is perfect, the choice of materials are of good quality, and every detail of the house is crafted with professional expertise. Built was finished to the expected time-frame.So far with the building price, it is just right for us. If compared to other builders, Bellriver Homes has a cheap price

Bellriver didn’t fail to impress us with our newly built home. Everyone in the team handled every building stages professionaly. We felt from the start that we were well looked after from planning stage, colour selection and the actual build stages. We were confident that we chose the right builder because our requests were mostly accommodated and even gave us some free upgrades. There were some hiccupps along the way like many other builds. But despite the delay in land registration and Christmas shutdown, the build was still on target for final handover.

Our journey with Bellriver homes started in October 2019 when we visited the Marsden Park display home. The sales person was very polite and answered all our questions. By the time we finished our walkthrough of the display home we knew that we would go with Bellriver homes. We chose a home and land package in Newpark. The sales person also gave us a free upgrade from urban package to benchmark package. We started building our first home with Bellriver Homes in June. As soon as the land was registered Bellriver team started immediately work on getting approval from the council by relationship manager Liz. Then the construction was commenced without wasting a single day. Up to date me and my family watching excitingly, the process of building our home. We feel extremely satisfied with whole process and very cooperative team. From day one the process was very smooth and easy for us. They started construction on time with no delays. I have to say we were lucky to have construction manager like Matt Warton. He kept posted on every Friday the progress of the construction. He was very honest and professional. There were few ups and downs but at the end all ends well. We looked at many display homes from other builders and met a great deal of sales people and we can honestly say that Bell River were by far the best we came across in regards to their attitude and knowledge of the trade. Add that to the high quality inclusions and range of homes that Bell River offer and the decision to build with them was actually quite easy.
