James is very professional, reliable, capable, helpful and friendly. He worked on public holiday(today is Queen's birthday in NSW). He inspected and found out the very tricky underground pipe leaking and fixed them very quickly. His service is perfect and the price is very reasonable.

Called James late at night as a I had an emergency with blocked pipes and toilet overflowing. He came early the next day and fixed the problem. He used a high power water jet and camera. He was very thorough making sure that the blockage had cleared. He offered a few suggestions on how to overcome the problem. Even though I was in desperate need for a plumber he was very reasonably priced and much cheaper than my usual plumber that I have been loyal to and will never use again. I have already booked James in for further work and will recommend him to all my colleagues. Very happy!!!!!
