Put simply, exposed aggregate, or exposed concrete, is a stylish and durable way to add quality to your home or commercial project. Concrete is poured with an added aggregate, such as natural rock, slate, tile, rock salt and even seashell. Then instead of the concrete totally covering these aggregates it is then sanded back.
To really make your new concrete area a stand-out feature in your landscaping, we can add a colour to the concrete mix. Make it subtle, or make it stand out. Concrete can also be kept in its original colour for that traditional look, or worked with specialised tools to create a textured look or increase grip on a sloped driveway.
This is a new innovative design achieved by saw-cutting concrete into either two pattern diamonds or straight line squares. This clean design idea gives you a paver look without the stress of future movement and growth of weeds between pavers. Ideal in all areas, pave cut is achieved once slab has been laid and dimensions of diamonds has been chosen by the client.

Len came out and gave us a detailed on site quote for extra concrete for our patio area, side paths on both sides of the house and additional exposed aggregate concrete path to match the driveway out front. They arrived on time as promised, provided full works of any additional drainage etc where needed, confirmed exact measurements etc on the… day of the works and always let us know of any additonal costs (line pumpers, dirty fill removal etc) before works go ahead. Len also offered a concrete color seal for our patio area at a good price and provided a fully professional service. We are

I really struggled to find a concreter that had the patience and was able to help me feel at ease with the job. Len also alerted me to a strom water blockage i had that had to be fixed before the job was completed, this delayed the job as a result. 1 of the many reason why i would recomend Len and the boys. They did an amazing job at my house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Len was the only contractor who listened to what I really wanted. He quoted the job addressing all of my concerns and with some help matched the aggregate concrete very closely.
The job was finished with attention to detail and within the time frame.
He was not the cheapest - about mid range but worth the few extrabbucks for peace of mind.
Will call him again when needed for back yard.
