These people are simply terrible. We bought from them a couple of years ago and they were completely uninterested in fixing something up. If you want any degree of customer service go to one of the many other kitchen people around who value their customers.

We were referred by friends and the recommendation is truly deserved. Steve and team were fantastic throughout the whole process. They nailed our 'modern Hampton' design brief and have given our home a showpiece kitchen that we're so proud of. And amidst all the stress of a major renovation, it was such a relief dealing with a group of guys that were always so punctual and honest and who took so much pride in their workmanship. The team at SK were fantastic.They were very professional in how they managed our plans and met our needs. Jared’s plans were spot on with what we were envisaging. The process through to installation with the installation team was smooth. Everything was precise and detailed to an extremely high standard. All of this contributed to an extremely enjoyable Kitchen. Thank you SK. I definitely highly recommend SK to anyone who is looking for the best kitchens Sydney has to offer

As a single woman with two grown children, I have learnt to fight for what I need. Sydney Kitchens, provided me with an opportunity to finally sit back and just enjoy. The entire process was easy and smooth. I received the utmost care and attention, and if something was not going to work, a solution was found. Adam was my designer and he was absolutely brilliant. Really could not recommend Sydney Kitchens more.

5 stars these guys were amazing! Renovations done on my kitchen recently WOW. My kitchen space was limited (or so I thought), the design these guys came up with I never imagined it could be so big with more room. They listened to my need of hidden storage. looks amazing especially the final touches of led lights. Steve was so helpful from start to finish. He definitely knows his stuff, very impressive I will always be grateful. Highly recommended.

My parents had 2 kitchens installed also by Sydney Kitchens, which was a good enough recommendation to go by for me to have my kitchen renovated by this company.
When I went to the Willoughby showroom I was 'greeted' (inverted commas here) by the rudest Receptionist/salesperson.
Previously, I had the Moore Park showroom install my kitchen whom I thought were fantastic, and did a great job, even though the kitchen was quite small.
Willoughby could not have been more different - I was made feel like a second-class citizen because they 'couldn't or wouldn't do a kitchen for less than $30,000'.

From our first brief wander through the Sydney Kitchens showroom in Willoughby we have been impressed by the excellent standard of their product and personnel. After Fred provided invaluable assistance in turning our initial thoughts into a professional plan, Steve, the (relatively new) owner of Sydney Kitchens visited our apartment and undertook a detailed consultation and 'check measure' to ensure that we were satisfied with the design. We were then provided with a Schedule for all the 'trades' and a completion date which were all met. We have been delighted by the "day before" communications

We engaged Sydney Kitchens in January 2016 to design and complete our kitchen. It was an exciting albeit stressful time for us - and we would have had about 5-6 meetings with the designer Lionel Kools from concept stage to completion of the design and sign off on the contract and deposit paid in late May 2016.
It was in July 2016 that I received a phone call and a subsequent email from the General Manager (Tom Northcote) of Sydney Kitchens stating that they had terminated the kitchen supply contract and that we would receive a full refund of all deposit monies paid.

I wouldn't recommend these guys. The up front service is great but all they care about is making the deal, after you've signed it becomes pretty poor.
The quality of work is pretty low and scrappy. I wouldn't call the design or execution resolved. For the price Id either go cheaper, Ikea or spend a bit more and get something well done.
These guys are all lipstick and mascara.

I had a Sydney Kitchen installed about 20 years ago. The stove was damaged during installation and Sydney Kitchens were not at all helpful in having it replaced.
Recently a Lift O Mat part of the kitchen ceased to work and Sydney Kitchens told me it had a life time guarantee. No help from them though in having it replaced. My call was not returned and the manufacturer tells me that without their assistance I have no recourse. Nice kitchen but don't expect service after you have paid your money.
