Macarthur Glass

I repeatedly called and was told that someone would get back to me. After a week of calling I was told that 'I can't get anyone out there'. Very poor communication. I would not like to have to rely on this company in an emergency glass situation.

I have used Macarthur Glass many times and found them to be outstanding!!!

Macarthur Glass have done a few jobs for us, such as installing a new laundry window with an exhaust fan where they had to cut a round hole for the fan then toughen the glass and the young man Mark was very friendly. I got them out late beginning of Feb 2016 to measure up for a frameless shower screen and again Mark was most helpful and a few days latter we gave them the okay to go ahead. Marks father (I can't remember his name) and I presume he is the owner came and did a check measure because the walls were out a bit, according to the father they were out by more than 40mm.
