About Report

Diego Villar is a registered architect whose Blue Mountains practice delivers a full range of architectural design, documentation, contract administration, and project co-ordination services to local and Sydney-based clients. Diego has 22 years of experience with large architectural firms and private practice, and his portfolio includes both residential and commercial work.

Services Report

The first consultation is provided free of charge. Then if clients wish to, they can engage Diego's services for one or more of the following four Stages, depending upon their requirements and/or previous experience of building. Site analysis: solar access, aspect, view, neighbouring properties, prevailing winds and bushfire considerations.
