What a terrible business to deal with.
The quote we received to carry out our roof repairs was much more expensive than we received from other businesses, but the gentleman convinced us that they were much better and that the extra expense was worth it.
Service was good up until the bill was paid.
After paying thousands of dollars for a full roof restoration the rain came and our roof continued to leak.
We contacted the owner of the business who said that someone will call us to arrange a time to come and have a look. No one called to come back and have another look, so we rang again, once

Dodgy family business, be warned!! These guys did a roof restoration job for me in Apr 2020 with a 15 years warranty. However the recent storm made the roof leaking again, from the exact same spot before the restoration! Called Stuart Kyle numerous times and send him the invoice/receipt as requested, he always made empty promises that Paul the operation guy would contact me very shortly. But until now after a whole week, I still haven't heard anything back, emailed them again this morning demanding the a time to get the issue fixed, they simply ignored the request. It seems like the industry is

We were delighted with this work as it transformed our tired old roof into something fresh and new and it has lifted the appearance of our whole house. We were preparing a house for sale with a history of water leaks. We asked Paul to assess the gutters - he was able to find the source from an unusual roof design and problem solved solutions. He restored the Colorbond roof and he rebuilt a roofed gazebo for our BBQ. Paul proposed and implemented rerouting downpipes that fed into an overloaded and badly designed gutter. He was persistent in considering solutions to the unique problems of this particular house, and saw all jobs to completion and followed up

We sought out Bill and his team after ReACT was recommended to us by a close friend as well as seeing the quality of the work they had done on our neighbours roof restoration. We wanted to repair damage and protect our roof, thereby extending its life, as well as improve the thermal protection in summer (keep the house naturally cooler) and increase the waterproofing in winter (unprotected concrete tiles absorb water, which expands in the cold and cracks the tiles).

I currently have a leaking roof problem and ReACT came to give a quote. Talk about up selling!!!! I was told emphatically that I needed my whole roof replaced at the princely sum of over $9k! I explained that I don't have that kind of money, but he kept on with his sales push. I was in tears for a couple of hours after this news! Had 3 more roofers tell me my roof is old, but still good and that one of the valleyways needed repairing and replacing of 2 broken tiles. Got the problem sorted for under $500! Stay away from this mob!!! Don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give for this review

We had front and back gutters replaced by ReACT, today was the first day since the replacement that we've had a good deluge of rain, and the first time in ten years that we haven't had overflowing gutters.
The team was very quick to respond from the initial request, and were very professional in their approach. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
