Glass pool fencing can be mounted a number of different ways depending up on the pool design and surrounds.
If you are looking for a semi frameless pool fence to match or extend existing fencing, Word Of Mouth Fencing can help. We have installed many semi-frameless fences where owners simply prefer the clean look or safe visibility of stainless steel posts over fully frameless glass. The glass and gates for a semi-frameless pool fence are generally 8mm or 10mm thick toughened glass - depending upon the panel sizes.
We have quite a few clients who choose to use a combination of frameless glass fencing and tubular aluminium pool fencing. Quite often we put the glass in the prominent places, like in between the house or living/entertaining area and the pool. This gives clear, unobstructed views of the pool and or children.
Glass gates are heavy. A 12mm thick glass pool gate weighs over 31kg. With that much weight hanging on a set of hinges there are bound to be occasional problems. I would highly recommend Steve and his team. Steve really assisted us with advice and installation for our glass pool fence and achieved the exact look I was looking for. He helped me realise my vision by sourcing white non conductive spigots and his installation was flawless ! He is also the nicest guy to deal with ! I highly recommend Steve and Word of Mouth Fencing - he was particularly pleasant to deal with; professional and reliable, and we are very happy with the finished product. We will likely re-landscape in the next few years which will necessitate the installation of another fence, and we won't hesitate to use Steve/WOM Fencing again for that job!

Steve is awesome and I highly recommend him. He came to quote me for the installation of a new glass fence. he gave me some wonderful advice and recommendations with regards to what we needed to do and also fixed a part of our current pool fence that was broken. He wouldn’t accept any money for the fence repair he did for us which was so very generous and kind of him. Highly recommend :)

Steve quite simply did a great job on our pool fencing. I can't recommend him highly enough; turned up on time , good value, and apart from being a real professional in his work, he is a friendly guy who will do that bit extra if necessary. We would always use him for any fencing job.

Such a great experience working with Steve. I had a rather small bit of fence and was treated with courtesy and enthusiasm. Steve was reliable and did a very professional job and even re attached a loose panel of fencing at no charge. Enjoyed every bit of the experience of doing business with Word of Mouth Fencing.

Ours was a difficult build and Steve provided incredibly helpful advice on options and ideas to make it work. He communicated clearly every step of the way, and was always punctual for appointments. His workmanship (and tidy site) have made our pool fence a positive feature.
We had to call on his services again to repair the gate and a panel after a huge storm (we were happy – others lost their entire pool!). He was extremely responsive to ensure our pool fence was compliant again.

Steve and his team turned up on time and they left our pool area clean and tidy. His pricing was competitive and the materials he used were great.
