We engaged All Window Replacements to replace 8 windows in our old 1960's house. I can not recommend Luke, Georgia, Ron and Mick highly enough. Despite the COVID delays pushing the job back from June/July to December, it was 110% worth the wait.
We were kept up to date with lead times and reschedules, and once onsite Ron & Mick did a fantastic job of getting the work done.
It feels like we have a new house!

I used AWR to replace 13 windows and 3 doors at my elderly mothers house. We started the process back in April and just finished in December, thanks to Covid Lock downs. Luke and the team kept in touch and when we finally got to installation everything went as planned. Ron and Mick did a great job on the install, and everyone turned up when they said they would. Importantly it looks really good and mum is very happy. Thanks AWR, I would certainly recommend you guys to others.

I got recommended this company through a glazier company my family is a part of and that contracts for them. The quote I received was on average $900 more than the other 3 quotes I got. I called and spoke to Georgia and asked for a breakdown of the quote and how much less it would cost if we removed the existing frame and disposed of rubbish ourselves and she said it would take off approximately $300 if we removed the frame and another $150 for the disposal, but it was best if Luke (owner) came out and quoted me himself. 1 hour before Luke is due to arrive I get a call saying Luke didn't know about

While the installers were professional, the same can’t be said about Georgia. We are new tenants in a property that had the balcony doors booked to be replaced by all window replacements prior to us moving in. This had been pushed back due to the 5 day lockdown. Even though this was out of anyone’s control, it apparently gave Georgia and the tradesmen she had organised the OK for them to come over repeatedly unannounced when no one was home, wait for someone to leave our building parking so they could sneak in and drop material off weeks ahead of the installation date, and leave it spread out

My experience with Georgia was bad. Called to ask for a quote. Sent through all my details with photos. Waited and got an email 5 days later to provide more info which i sent immediately. Sent a follow up email, still nothing. Non once did she mention you guys were very busy and that there could be a delay with the quote or installation.
its been a week, called this morning and Georgia was rude and non apologetic. Just said they were busy. I then said its okay then, I wont need the quote and she just said fine!! I asked for 3 other quotes from other "busy" companies and they all got back to me

Love our new sliding doors installed by AWR. We chose AWR as the Trendline doors are sleek and minimalist in design compared to the other doors we saw. Luke was great to deal with, responsive and accommodating. The installers Ron and Michael were great as well, professional and didn’t cut corners. I have more doors and windows to replace and will definitely use AWR again in the future.

We had 4 windows replaced last week and are extremely pleased with the result. Everything happened as planned from start to finish. Communication was fantastic throughout and Luke regularly checked in with me. Ron did a brilliant job installing the new windows, explained everything and left the place clean and tidy. We had 6 new double glazed units installed to replace old 50's steel framed windows. Process was delayed due to COVID restrictions but Luke and the team kept in touch and provided us with updates regularly.
Day of the installation went well, it looks great and the installation team was polite and communicative.
Overall a positive experience at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them.

We had four large windows in our weatherboard home replaced with new double glazed windows in a colonial bar style. Incredibly happy with the service, installation and the final product. Thanks to the entire team for making this process as smooth and professional as possible given the extraordinary circumstances we all found ourselves in this year and the delays and disruptions to our renovation project. Very highly recommended.
