My elderly parents recently experienced an issue with their safety switch. I contacted Mirko first thing in the morning and he arranged to visit them the very same day. During the current Covid-19 situation, Mirko was very professional and respectful - he took all the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of my parents. Electra Electrics carried out electrical work at my home in Ivanhoe. I did major renovation and extension with few rooms and entertaining area including garden.
Mirko quoted his electrical work at reasonable price and explained to me in details what to expect during construction. He answered my question in a professional manner.
Mirko came and disconnected necessary lights, plugs and points at the time we needed it, so it was no delay at work. Later two electricians come back, roughed and connected lights and points. Also Electra Electrics upgraded my switchboard.
