I hold a contractor licence which means I can both paint myself and also manage teams of painters in Sydney and all across New South Wales. I am a member of Master Painters Australia and of the Master Builders Association. I had Bob & his team do a whole house exterior painting project. They listened to my requirements & displayed high attention to detail. The team turned up on time every day and were very friendly & professional. At the end of each day Bob updated me on the progress & plans for the next day. They were only too happy to assist with fly screen removal & re-fitting following completion of painting. He also worked out a great solution for my back deck & roof replacement. We had Bob and his team complete a job for our elderly mother, we found out later that one of his workers had inappropriate dealings with her.
Bob even has the audacity to blame the us the clients!! and even dared to tell us how we should be looking after her!

I had bob complete house painting job for me expecting for professionalism per his ad. When it came to painting he left paint drops throughout the finished floor and complained when it came to remove it.
There was no attention to detail with the skirting and left paint all along the edges. When it came to rectify the defects he would say its done but it was not complete. This kept going on for a week until it was all done.
When he took the door knobs off he didnt put them back in the correct place and had to repeat myself numerous times to get it correct.

Bob uses poor workers for his projects. He leaves his workers to there own devices and expects the clients to supervise them.
there has been multiple times where they have painted the doors incorrectly and even the balcony floor when it was made clear not to paint.
When ask where he is, he always comes up with the ridiculous excuses

Australian Mega Colours were initially referred to me by a work colleague (who’s a perfectionist). They are super professional. They arrive when they say they will, communication & service is great, price is very reasonable and workmanship fantastic. They are clean, tidy and get the job done with no fuss. We’ve now used them three times and will have them returning for a fourth time to do other internal painting. Can’t recommend Bob and his team enough. Well actually I have!!! 5***** Business.
