We didn’t technically engage this business, however we had a malfunctioning air con unit and our living room has been scorching due to the recent heatwave (we have a 6 week old baby). My mother in law rang a few repair businesses today to see if they could come and check it out but most services are fully booked and shutting down tomorrow for Christmas, including Teknicool.
We didn’t get the name of the young gentleman we spoke to, but he was excellent and although he couldn’t come to help he gave us some tips to try and solve the problem and it worked! We are now cool and extremely grateful

Highly recommend this business. Very professional, great price, and very efficient. Sam recommended how to upgrade our old ducted air system for our 2 storey home. We have a much quieter and sleeker unit. They cleared away old existing aircon and left our place very tidy. Glad we found this business online through great reviews.

We've had a ducted air conditioner installed on mounts that were required last year and also had it serviced. The Teknicool team have been great to deal with and definitely recommend. Sam and the team have been nothing but helpful and professional. I do not usually leave reviews but am doing this for the great work, ease in dealing with the teknicool team and hassle free process. Really appreciate the hard work!

Very happy with Sam and his team. Quoting was quick and easy. He helped me get strata approval within 24hrs. The install was quite difficult but he managed do it while not charging any extra for the complexity. Will definitely use and recommend his services again in the future.

Had a Daikin Cora 4.6 split system installed in my 2 bedroom unit last week & I'm very happy with it. It's so quiet inside & outside. Perfect for apartment living. Although I haven't had the opportunity to really use it for a longer period, but I know I will have a very comfortable summer this year. Sam advised me via many emails the best unit for my situation & was always very quick with his responses, even when I thought the installation might need to be rescheduled due to some unforseen problems popping up, Sam was very calm & understanding. Sam and his team at TekniKool Air Conditioning are nothing short of amazing! They recently installed for me 3 reverse cycle split system units in my top floor apartment (lugging the huge compressor up 8 flights of stairs with no fuss). Sam was always very responsive via email and text and he helped me get through the ordeal that was getting all the artifacts together to submit for strata approval. I was given options of how they could install the units to be compliant with what the Strata mandated, coming up with creative ways to drain water out (e.g. into the shower instead of out the side of

Teknicool has tons of 5 star reviews, responded super quickly over email, and gave me a great quote with a discount (as this was replacing the old split system with a new one vs. a brand new install). They came today, called to give me an expected arrival time, arrived on time, installed the split system within two hours, cleaned after themselves and all with a smile.
When I asked them about the ‘whistling' sound from the ducted aircon that had been poorly installed by another AC company, Sam came upstairs, got some special 3M tape and properly sealed
