Graham Bullas provided a report to vendors on an owner builder deck, made comments about it being built to code, and plan. Turns out the deck is illegal and now we are footing the bill after relying on his report. I called and spoke to him bout it and he offered to help pay for a surveyor to fix the issue... then when i emailed him to confirm this, he stopped returning emails and phone calls... when I asked how come the report didn't match what was at the property his response was I don't remember.... shonky... I will be contacting the VBA.
