Fantastic company to work with! We had no idea how we could fix our 1970's bathroom on a budget and didn't get much help from other companies we sought quotes from. William assessed the space, came up with a recommendation and we tweaked the fittings to suit our tastes. He was very patient and answered all our questions. The crew who did the work were fantastic - always helpful, respectful and great workmanship. Highly recommend this SA company - and happy we finally have a new bathroom!

Bathroom Renovators Warehouse at Pooraka were very professional in every way and know their bathrooms. William made our job much easier by coming up with a design and all we had to do was say yes or no to his choices. This made our job much easier. We have had to renovate both our ensuite and main bathrooms with the latter starting in January. From William to Frank, our Project Manager, to Mishka in the office and all the Tradies who cared and respected our house, we thank you. Was referred by a friend to look at this place. Walked in and was greeted with hello. That was it!!! Staff too busy talking about their kids. I walked past them twice when going to back of shop and when leaving. Totally ignored me. I then went somewhere else and spent $2k on my new bathroom accessories. I own a business and would be furious if my staff ignored my customers. Very Poor.

BRW - They came out and listened to what we wanted and needed. They put together a package suitable for our needs , The helpful suggestion and design made the selection of everything much easier. All of the tradespeople were very polite and efficient and all had a good understanding of what and when was required through a set out schedule. All tasks were checked and overseen by the project manager. We were very happy with the finished outcome.

Had our main bathroom completely renovated. From the planning and selection stage all the way through to the completion of the work was nice and smooth. A few small issues here and there, but these were quickly and easily resolved. The project manager Frank kept us informed regularly and ensured things progressed on-time. Tradies were all friendly and did their job professionally. Customer service was excellent, we mainly dealt with Mishka. Cannot really complain! Will most likely be back to have our en suite done :-)

Paul and the crew were absolute champions when it came to our renovations. They were able to help us from start to finish with a complete kitchen/pantry/bathroom/laundry renovation project.
