I thoroughly recommend Able Air & Electrical Solutions. We had air conditioning installed in our rental property in January and we found the service completely professional, efficient and also friendly. We received clear and helpful responses to our questions and useful suggestions in response to particular issues. Once we had finalised the requirements in discussion with Able Air, they organised everything directly with the real estate agent and the work was completed as scheduled. The photos show that the result is exactly as agreed and that the installation is entirely professional and neat

I am a maintenance officer in an aged care facility. Able is very accomodating to our needs and courteous to all our residents. I would not hesistate to recommend them for any job air conditioning or electrical. All tradies are very knowledgeable and give good advice on what the best approach is for any problem. While working on my air conditioner the zoning controller malfunctioned. Their contractor insisted it wasn’t his fault merely a coincidence. Reached agreement with the manager to pay for cost of part and labour would be provided free. When I asked for substantiation of the part cost, the manager advised he could remove the part or we could pay. Very hostile in their approach to a reasonable request. Eventually substantiation was provided and unit is working. Not an experience I wish to repeat. Total cost $700.

Warning to all future customers I have big issues with this company . I had been charged $275 for out call service and 20 minutes job.(look at the job do not thing) They are only contact you by email. Never call you by phone. Make sure look your email every day. When you due with them, take so long to get quotes. If go to someone else you get in trouble. ( $85 out call $95 per hour to look. At the job.
